5/28/17 Wyoming

Drove through Yellowstone and Grand Tetons in the morning. We will head back through them to do more exploring in a day or two but wanted to get down to Jackson.

Drove around the lower loop of Yellowstone by Yellowstone lake. Saw some rams and a young moose.

The Tetons are as grand as I remember them.  Absolutely breathtaking. There's just no way to capture it on camera.

Saw a big moose about a mile from our campsite laying on a patch of snow. So far that's 3 moose but no bear.

Went for dinner in Jackson, ate some good Mexican at El Abuelito. Would definitely come back again. Jackson is a cool city. A very rich city, the one lady shppping we over heard owns an island. That's when I realized I had no business being in that store.

Made the climb on route 22 through the Teton pass to get to our campsite for the night. Our truck did good, she may be old but she's a tank.

Another great campspot, trail creek Campground at Caribou-Targhee National forest, right by the Idaho border of Wyoming.

This is the life!
